Lumen Studio is a boutique lighting design firm specializing in architectural installations. They wanted a brand identity and portfolio website that felt sharp, modern, and expressive — a space to showcase both technical prowess and creative innovation.
We worked closely with their team to develop a bold typographic brand, refined palette, and modular site that adapts to both case studies and visual storytelling.
Challenges
Their previous site lacked clarity and didn’t do justice to their striking project visuals. The main challenge was structuring complex technical content (specs, renders, timelines) in a way that still felt digestible and elegant.
We also wanted to make sure the user experience highlighted their collaborative process and diverse range of projects.
Results
The new site helped secure two new large-scale contracts within a month of launch, attributed directly to improved presentation and user flow.
Lumen now receives frequent compliments from architects and collaborators on the “elevated” brand feel, and their team feels more confident sending clients to the site as a reflection of their work.
